Photobacterium damselae MLST Databases

This site uses two linked databases powered by the BIGSdb genomics platform. The sequence definition database contains allele sequence and MLST profile definitions whereas the isolate database contains provenance and epidemiological information. Further details about BIGSdb can be found in Jolley & Maiden 2010, BMC Bioinformatics 11:595.

Please note that we will be upgrading the operating system on the primary database server on Thursday 22 November. Access to the databases will be maintained from a backup server, but offline jobs and access to the automated submission system will be disabled while the work is carried out.

This MLST scheme has been developed by Patricia Alba, Antonio Battisti and colleagues, Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Regione Lazio e Toscana M. Aleandri (IZSLT), Italy. It is described in Alba et al. 2016 Front Microbiol 7:1656

Database curated by Patricia Alba.
