Clostridium difficile MLST Databases
This site uses two linked databases powered by the BIGSdb genomics platform. The sequence definition database contains allele sequence and MLST profile definitions whereas the isolate database contains provenance and epidemiological information. Database submissions - We are using an automated system for submitting MLST data to all the Clostridium difficile database curators.
This MLST scheme was developed by David Griffiths, Kate Dingle (University of Oxford, UK) and colleagues.
