Streptococcus uberis MLST Databases

The Streptococcus uberis MLST website contains two linked databases - one for allelic profiles and sequences, the other for isolate information. This structure offers advantages over a single database system. Further details can be found here.

This MLST scheme was developed by James Leigh, Tracey Coffey and Gillian Pullinger, Institute for Animal Health, Compton, UK. The project was funded by BBSRC grant number 201/S15848 - Molecular Epidemiology of Streptococcus uberis.
