The S. oralis and S. mutans MLST scheme were developed by Thuy Do, William Wade and David Beighton, King's College London, UK.

A second S. mutans scheme is also hosted within this database. This scheme was developed by Kazuhiko Nakano, Jinthana Lapirattanakul, and colleagues at Osaka University, Japan and Mahidol University, Thailand

Website and database managed by Keith Jolley, curated by Thuy Do and Jinthana Lapirattanakul.
