Oral Streptococcus MLST Databases
This site uses two linked databases powered by the BIGSdb genomics platform. The sequence definition database contains allele sequence and MLST profile definitions whereas the isolate database contains provenance and epidemiological information. The S. oralis and S. mutans MLST scheme were developed by Thuy Do, William Wade and David Beighton, King's College London, UK.
A second S. mutans scheme is also hosted within this database. This scheme was developed by Kazuhiko Nakano, Jinthana Lapirattanakul, and colleagues at Osaka University, Japan and Mahidol University, Thailand
