Plasmid MLST Databases

The Plasmid MLST website contains profiles and isolate databases for each incompatibility group. This structure offers advantages over a single database system. Further details can be found here.

This pMLST scheme was developed by Aurora García-Fernández and Alessandra Carattoli, Istituto Superiore di Sanità, Rome, Italy. The project was funded by the European Commission and the Italian Ministry of Research and University.
