Neisseria PorA typing

The PorA variable region and porA allele databases have been incorporated in to the Neisseria MLST sequence definition database, allowing querying from a unified interface.

Information about the PorA variable regions can be found in Russell et al., Emerg Infect Dis 2004 10:674-8.
