Added the following text to section 4 - Licence for Downloaded Data (Academic or Public Health, Non-Commercial Use Only):
Restricted access also applies to commercial services and software tools that enable the use or the downloading of data, including by academic users via their own API key, therefore allowing users to either use data downloaded by themselves through these tools, or to use data obtained through the service’s or software’s own API key.
The publishers of such commercial tools will require a specific licence contract.
