Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli MLST Home Page

The Campylobacter MLST website is now using a new genomics platform to power the databases - this allows much greater flexibility in defining loci and can also handle genome scale data.

This database is hosted on PubMLST.org and is not affiliated with www.mlst.net. Please cite accordingly.

2006-11-01: Database submissions - We are now using an automated system for submitting new data to the database curators. Instructions | Log in

The submission templates have been updated for the new genomics system. Please note that you should now include the allelic profile in your isolate submission, rather than the ST number.

New fla and porA sequence trace files should still be sent as E-mail attachments directly to the database curators for assignment.

The use of this database is subject to the terms of the policy document and it should be acknowledged in all publications that make use of it. The preferred format for the acknowledgement can be found in the right-hand sidebar.

Website and database managed by Keith Jolley, curated by Alison Cody and Frances Colles.

The primary Campylobacter jejuni MLST website is hosted at the Department of Zoology, University of Oxford, UK. Initial development funded by the Wellcome Trust. Fla database initially funded by DEFRA grant 0Z0615.
