Bordetella MLST Database

The Bordetella MLST website contains a profiles database which includes the MLST allele sequences and profile definitions.

This MLST scheme was described in Diavatopoulos et al 2005, PLoS Pathog. 2005 1:e45.

This MLST scheme was developed by Dimitri Diavatopoulos and Frits Mooi at the National Institute for Public Health and Environment (RIVM), Bilthoven, Netherlands.

Website and database managed by Keith Jolley, curated by Han van der Heide. The primary Bordetella MLST website is hosted at The Peter Medawar Building for Pathogen Research, University of Oxford, UK.
