Burkholderia cepacia complex MLST Databases
This MLST site uses two linked databases powered by the BIGSdb genomics platform. The sequence definition database contains allele sequence and MLST profile definitions whereas the isolate database contains provenance and epidemiological information. This MLST scheme was developed by Adam Baldwin in the laboratory of Chris Dowson (Warwick University, UK) and in close collaboration with Esh Mahenthiralingam (Cardiff University, UK). Other collaborators involved in the development of this scheme included David Honeybourne (Heartlands Hospital, UK) and Martin Maiden (Oxford University, UK).
