Locus Explorer

The locus explorer displays the polymorphic sites present within the known alleles of a locus. Each nucleotide is coloured to indicate the percentage of alleles that contain it at any particular position.

Locus Explorer

Clicking any of the nucleotides allows you to drill down to information for any particular nucleotide site, so you can determine how many alleles and STs contain a particular polymorphism.
