Project: Irish Meningococcus Genome Library
The Irish Meningococcus Genome Library is a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the Epidemiology and Molecular Biology Unit and the Irish Meningitis and Meningococcal Reference Laboratory at Temple Street Children’s Hospital in Dublin. It is a collection of Irish meningococcal disease isolate genomes from the epidemiological years 2010/2011 to 2013/2014.
