Submission of data

All users are welcome to submit their strain information and new allele sequences to our databases for Xylella fastidiosa. This information will be made available on this web site. The name and affiliation of the submitter will be displayed on the website. E-mail addresses are not displayed but can be requested from the curator. Please contact the curator or database manager if you do not wish your details to be displayed.

In order to maintain the quality of the data, the databases are curated and all submissions will be checked before entry. Therefore, please send your data to the curator of the database:

Format for submissions

Please E-mail the curator with the strain information or allelic profile as an attachment in Excel format using the two appropriate forms, which are downloadable below.  Please follow the instructions contained within the form when submitting data.  Submissions of new allelic profiles require prior submissions of allele data.

Submission of new alleles

Please send an email to the curator with forward and reverse trace files attached, plus consensus sequences in FASTA format. Please eliminate all redundant sequences.
