Combined Streptococci Typing Database

The combined Streptococci MLST database has been set up as a demonstration of BIGSdb functionality for whole genera typing. Data from MLST schemes for individual Streptococcal species has been imported, allowing cross referencing of schemes where whole genome data are available.

Allele definitions have been imported from the individual MLST scheme databases for S. uberis, S. oralis, S. zooepidemicus, S. agalactiae and S. pneumoniae. These databases remain authoritative for all definitions used.
