Querying allelic profiles

There are two ways of querying allelic profiles:

Allelic profile query

The alleleic profile query allows you to enter a single allelic profile, and choose to return STs that are identical, or match at any number of loci. This is useful for identifying related profiles. Partial profiles can be entered - leave a field blank or enter a '0'.

Batch profile query

This allows you to query multiple profiles at the same time. You can copy and paste strain identifiers and allelic profiles from a spreadsheet (or any tab-delimited data) and the STs and clonal complex are returned.
