A MLST scheme for Streptococcus zooepidemicus has been developed by Andrew Waller and colleagues at the Animal Health Trust and is now available.

A plasmid MLST scheme has been developed by Aurora García-Fernández and Alessandra Carattoli (Istituto Superiore di Sanità) and is now available. This currently includes data for Incompatibility Group I1 plasmids.
