Primers used for MLST of Streptococcus agalactiae

Internal fragments (400-500 bp) of the alcohol dehydrogenase (adhP), phenylalanyl tRNA synthetase (PheS), glutamine transporter protein (atr), glutamine synthetase (glnA), serine dehydratase (sdhA), glucose kinase (glcK) and transketolase (tkt) genes are sequenced.
