Concatenate allele sequences

Please make your selections:

Loci	Select ids	Reading frame
arcC nrdE proS spi tdk tpi yqiL	Paste in list of ids to include, start a new line for each. Leave blank to concatenate all ids.	Concatenate in frame (1 or 2 nucleotides may be removed from the sequence ends and the sequences from some loci may be reverse-complemented). Simple concatenation.
		Compression
		Compression is recommended for large sets as the file may be many megabytes in size. If the file is too large, many mail servers will drop the message. Use Winzip or a similar program to uncompress the file. Compress output file
