Candida tropicalis MLST BLAST

Here you can perform a BLAST search against all the MLST loci or against a selected locus. This query will be slower than a standard single locus query using trimmed sequences, but is useful if you have a sequence containing multiple loci, e.g. a whole or partial genome, or unknown sequence. If matches are found for all loci, the ST number is also displayed, if defined.
