Please note that there is another database for Listeria monocytogenes MLST, hosted at the Pasteur Institute, Paris. We are planning to consolidate the schemes in the near future. In the meantime, it is recommended that submissions are made to the Pasteur database.

The use of this database is subject to the terms of the policy document and it should be acknowledged in all publications that make use of it. The preferred format for the acknowledgement can be found in the right-hand sidebar.

The Listeria MLST scheme was developed by Julio Vazquez and colleagues, Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Madrid, Spain.

Website and database managed by Keith Jolley. The MLST scheme is curated by Julio Vazquez. The primary Listeria MLST website is hosted at The Peter Medawar Building for Pathogen Research, University of Oxford, UK.
